Fund Development Training
The Montgomery County Community Foundation partnered with the City of Crawfordsville to hire Transform Consulting Group as they prepared to launch new early care and education initiatives county-wide. Our engagement included:
- Completing a community needs assessment by gathering quantitative data, reviewing past surveys from a variety of stakeholders, conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and identifying all known early childhood education programs and available seats
- Facilitating a strategic plan retreat and creating report with simple, next steps and practical timelines
Beyond our work with the Early Childhood Coalition, the Foundation hired our team to help local nonprofits build capacity by facilitating a two-part fundraising training. The trainings featured the latest data and giving trends in the midst of COVID-19, implications on fundraising post-pandemic, and highlighted best practices and tangible steps for meeting fundraising goals.
